Executive consultant, coach, trainer and author, expert in the implementation of Lean-Agile-Scrum methods to create teams and high performance organizations that continuously improve. First Spanish Certified Enterprise Coach and Certified Scrum Trainer, founding member of Agile Spain and Agile Belgium and senior member of the Scrum Alliance TAC ("Trainer Approval Community"), Agile Leadership Journey guide, author of the "Visual Management Blog".
Joke Vandemaele

Joke is an Agile Coach and Trainer and experienced Product Owner with an MBA in Marketing Management.
She worked many years in the software areas of companies and her early work in the area of visualizing conversation and decision making during collaborative refinement workshops is considered an important contribution to the agile community and has been recognized with awards, endorsements and invitations to speak at international conferences.
A request from the manufacturing industry set her off two years of experimenting with the application of Scrum, Kanban and Visual Management outside of the software product development domain.
She likes to experiment with Agile approaches to anything: process improvement, change initiatives, organising events, administrative work and her household.
She is a Certified Scrum Trainer with the Scrum Alliance.
